With over 20 years of experience as an employee advocate in the public government sector, I have dedicated myself to supporting individuals with work-related issues as well as personal matters that may impact their performance. Serving as a liaison between management and employees, I have coached individuals on effective communication and emotional intelligence, facilitating a positive and productive work environment. My role has allowed me to address a wide range of challenges faced by employees, both at work and at home, ultimately helping them navigate and overcome obstacles to achieve success in their professional and personal lives.

Education

I am a certified professional life coach holding a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health, which qualifies me to provide mental healthcare. I hold a doctorate in education specialized in leadership and learning in organizational psychology. My advanced education and experience give me a deep understanding of human behavior and effective leadership strategies. As a certified life coach, this means I have the knowledge and skills to support you in your personal growth and development With my background, I can provide you with expert guidance and help you achieve your goals in a way that is both effective and empowering.
